MEET ALEXA
Alexa is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources, training, and development with more than two decades of experience. She has worked with a wide range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and has held diverse roles across industries including higher education, hospitality, manufacturing, technology, and staffing.
Alexa is a graduate of Wake Forest University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She also holds a Master of Science in Counseling Education from Portland State University, which has helped her develop a deep understanding of human behavior. Alexa has also earned certifications from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). She is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR).
